Registration Fee

The registration fee includes: conference material, access to the proceedings, coffee breaks, light lunches and the welcome cocktail. The social dinner cost is not included in the registration fee. To attend the social dinner, an additional fee of 60€ is requested. Please note that the payment of the social dinner fee should be made during the registration at the SCI website, as cash/credit cards on site during the Conference cannot be accepted.

Participation scholarships to wave the registration fee will be awarded to young participants_.

* Young participants (students, PhD candidates, or postdoctoral researchers) must be under 35 years old on 7 July 2026.
