The conference is held at the Politecnico di Bari, accessible from the main entrance at Via Edoardo Orabona 4 or from Via Re David 200, where you can enter through the campus gate and walk a few minutes to the venue.

Bari is easily accessible by air and/or train from major cities in Italy.
- By Air: Bari Karol Wojtyła Airport (BRI) is well connected with direct flights from major Italian cities (Rome, Milan, Venice, etc.). The airport is about 20 minutes from the city center by train, shuttle bus, or taxi.
- By Train: Bari Centrale railway station is served by high-speed and regional trains from cities like Rome, Naples, Florence, and Milan.
- By Car or Bus: Bari is reachable via the A14 motorway. Long-distance buses (e.g., FlixBus, MarinoBus) connect Bari with many Italian and European cities.
